Van Houtte

If you could have a cup of coffee with anyone, who would it be? It’s a coffee twist off a famous question, but with so many unique and great answers. We asked you a few weeks ago on Facebook whom you would have coffee with and the answers were amazing.

I was stumped with the question for a few days. I didn’t know whom I would have coffee with. I would want to have coffee with someone I can really have a conversation with. Before I tell you who I’d want to have a coffee with and why, I want to share some of your answers.

Now it’s time for me to share who I would have a coffee with. Just like Shane, it would be Albert-Louis Van Houtte. To share a few cups of coffee with a real, and most of all the original, bean lover would be fabulous. I would ask him so many questions about his adventures to finding the perfect roast and how he got so hooked to the quest of getting great coffee. I would also be curious about what his take is on coffee today; would he like Van Houtte new recipes?
