Coffee flan
Strapped for time? Here’s a quick and easy dessert! Perfect for impromptu dinners with friends!
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 tsp. Velvety & Fruity espresso (Espresso Riserva ), brewed
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Pour the milk into a saucepan, bring to a boil and add the coffee.
In a large bowl, crack the eggs. Add the sugar and stir until smooth and cream-coloured.
Slowly pour the milk into the egg and sugar mixture while stirring. Use a spoon to remove the foam.
Pour the mixture into a cake or muffin pan, your choice.
Pour boiling water into a baking sheet with sides. Place the pan in it and cook for 60 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!
