For a delicious coffee, use fresh filtered water and measure 2 tablespoons (10 g) of coffee to every 6 oz (175 ml) of water.

Your grind size should match your coffeemaker (finer for drip, coarser for French press). Ideally, you should use 2 tablespoons (10 g) of beans for every 6 oz (175 ml) of fresh filtered water. Remember: grind the beans immediately before brewing to ensure the freshest and optimal flavours.
