Coffee Roasted Almonds

Ingredients:
1 c almonds (or mixed nuts)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 c finely ground coffee
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground nutmeg
pinch cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Mix nuts and oil in a small bowl.
Place nuts on baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
Pour remaining ingredients into a slightly larger bowl, then mix in nuts until well-coated.
Return nuts to baking sheet and toast for 2 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.

Makes approximately 1 cup.
