Our activities fall into three distinct and complementary areas of expertise: the roasting and marketing of gourmet coffees, provision of office coffee services, and manufacturing of single-cup brewing equipment.
Through approximately 100 corporate outlets and franchises, we serve more than two million cups of coffee every day in cities large and small across North America, and three million cups overall.
Van Houtte is the largest Canadian roaster and distributor of gourmet coffees to food retailers. Through our subsidiary VKI Technologies, we are also a world leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of coffee-making equipment and related products. In addition, we operate a network of about 70 cafés in the province of Québec.
Headquartered in Montreal, Canada, Van Houtte employs 1,900 people in Canada and the United States. Shares of Van Houtte are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (VH).
