What is the difference between the home coffeemaker and the coffeemaker at work?
All Keurig coffeemakers are based on the same innovative single-cup technology that ensures you get a freshly-brewed, perfect cup of coffee every time.

Home coffeemaker

	designed exclusively for home use and is therefore smaller and sleeker and fits nicely on your kitchen counter
	designed, UL® tested and approved for household use only.

Commercial coffeemaker

built for commercial use so it's somewhat larger and has features such as direct plumbing and automatic K-Cup disposal

Dimensions and weight
The home coffeemaker is approximately 13" high, 10" wide, and 13 ¼ " deep and weighs approximately 15 lbs when filled. It fits nicely on any kitchen counter.

Should the need arise for warranty servicing, contact Keurig Customer Service toll free at 1-866-901-BREW (2739). You must speak to a Keurig customer service representative who will provide you with an Authorization to Return number. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted without an Authorization to Return number.

Are K-Cups recyclable?
The challenge of protecting the freshness of roasted coffee while using environmentally-friendly packaging is one that both Van Houtte and Keurig are committed to overcoming. We are very sensitive about the waste created by the K-Cups and are investigating alternative materials. Finding a solution for this is a priority for us and one we hope to have before long.
