| Ingredients: |
| 3 oz Van Houtte Guatemala single origin coffee |
| 1 oz Grant’s Family reserve scotch |
| ½ oz coffee syrup |
| ½ oz simple syrup |
| vanilla ice cream |
|
|
|
|
To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 3 oz Van Houtte Guatemala single origin coffee, 1 oz Grant’s Family reserve scotch, ½ oz coffee syrup and ½ oz simple syrup.
Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and garnish with a maraschino cherry. |
